Billing Information

Customers now have a greater variety of ways to manage their GNHWPCA sewer use bill account. The options include managing account
information and making payments through a personal account portal, or making payments in-person at an authorized payment location or via U.S. Mail.

Bill payments can be conveniently made through one's personal secure Customer Account Portal either online (www.cap.gnhwpca.com) or via a phone call to our automated IVR system. Credit, Debit Cards, or e-checks are accepted.

Payments via Check or Money Order (no credit cards) may be mailed-in, or may be made at our GNHWPCA-Customer Service Office (260 East St, New Haven) or at one of other authorized payment locations. Please refer to our alternate payment locations payment locations for a complete list of locations throughout the Greater New Haven area.
