Notice of Public Hearing
The Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control Authority (the "Authority") will meet at 260 East Street, New Haven, Connecticut on October 14, 2026 at 5:45 P.M. (E.T.) for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to CGS Section 22a-504 of the Connecticut General Statues, as amended, concerning the Authority's (i) acquisition of a permanent easement comprising approximately 1,000 square feet at 445 Putnam Avenue, Hamden, Connecticut 06517 and (ii) the temporary use of the property for construction related purposes, all in connection with the relocation of the Putnam Ave pump station.
The affected property owners shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the Authority's proposed acquisition of the permanent easement at the public hearing to be held October 14, 2026, at 5:45 P.M. as noted above.
